Deadlines & Cancellation Policies

The Early Registration deadline is February 27, 2009. All registrations made after this date will automatically incur a $25 fee.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by February 27, 2009. Any cancellations received by this date will incur a processing fee of $50. NO refunds will be given after February 27.

If AET cancels the program due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled at a later date and registrants will have the option of a full refund.
